12- Week Wellness & Intensive Programmes

This type of comprehensive programme is ideal for individuals who want to improve performance or achieve their individual health goal (e.g. weight loss or weight gain) more effectively.

You may choose this programme to keep yourself more motivated through continuous motivational coaching and advice. Others prefer a more intense lifestyle programme that brings the results they want without necessary wanting to know all the details of how it works.  These packages include shorter consultation sessions but more frequently.

In-house testing equipment will be available, which helps to review your progress at every step of your way.  This may be particuarly helpful when targeting one specific goal (e.g. weight loss), encompassing shorter sessions (e.g. 60 minutes initial consultation, followed by 30 mins weekly or bi-weekly sessions) that are run more frequently over the course of a typically 12-week programme.
