Addictions Seminar
The addictions seminar will look at the biochemical mechanisms and behavioural patterns that cause addictions and what can be done to correct them. We will look at drugs and alcohol as well as common stimulants such as caffeine and sugar, and review the ways to aid recovery through dietary and lifestyle approaches as well as nutritional supplementation.
